Recent Changes

Since the submission of the outline planning application for Elms Park was submitted there have been ongoing discussions with stakeholders about the proposals. As a result, the Elms Park Consortium has submitted an addendum report to provide updated information that includes:

• Changes to the location and shape of the secondary school and first primary school which have been reconfigured and moved closer to the centre of Elms Park
• An increase in the size of the green buffer space between the new development and Swindon Village to reflect the Local Greenspace Design in the Cheltenham Local Plan
• A number of changes to land use including ensuring that part of the frontage onto Tewkesbury Road will be specified for residential use rather than for mixed use
