Bloor Homes and Persimmon Homes have been working together on proposals for Elms Park at North West Cheltenham, a mixed use development located on land north of Tewkesbury Road (A4019) between the Kingsditch Trading Estate and Uckington.

Elms Park would deliver much needed business space, an estimated 5,000 new jobs and up to 4,115 essential new homes for Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and the surrounding area.

This website explores the background to the development, including details of the proposals and how it would benefit the community and the economy.
